How it works
1 - reach out
Tell us about your wedding. The date, the vibe, the venue, the weird traditions, all of it. We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours with availability and a link to set up your consultation call.
2 - the hangout
We'll hop on a zoom call to make sure we're the right fit. This should feel like meeting friends, not interviewing a vendor. If it clicks, we'll send over a contract.
3- lock it in
A 40% retainer and signed contract secures your date. Balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. Easy.
4 - the engagement session
If your collection includes one (or you add it on). This is where the magic starts. Less "pose in a field," more "hang out in your apartment, make cocktails, walk around your neighborhood." By the end of it, we’ll feel like old friends.
5 - prep + planning
About a month before your wedding, we'll have a zoom meeting with you (and your planner if you have one) to go over all the details, build a photography timeline together that captures everything without making your day feel like a schedule and answer any last minute questions. We've done this 300+ times & we know what we need ahead of time to help your day run smooth.
6 - your wedding day
We show up. We blend in. We capture everything. You focus on being present.
7 - the reveal
Your full edited gallery lands in 8–10 weeks (4 weeks with rush editing). Every image individually edited. Film scans included. And a custom slideshow that'll make you cry (in the best way of course).
the fine print
How many photos will we get?

We guarantee 50+ images per hour of coverage, but we usually end up with more than that because of the candid, storytelling nature in which we shoot. Some weddings naturally produce more moments than others, and that's a good thing.
What about formal family photos?

Unless you say otherwise, this is a standard part of your wedding day coverage. We'll get them done efficiently, painlessly, and with enough personality that even your uncle who hates photos will crack a smile.
